Individual User(s) cannot export when is a member of Active Directory group that has permissions to export

When Volicon is configured to use Active Directory/LDAP for user authorization, there may be users who are part of Groups or have roles that should allow them to create exports, but the Export option will be unavailable in the Observer UI.

Most often this is the result of the User being a member of multiple Groups or roles in Volicon that have conflicting export permissions. It is recommended that each user is a member of only 1 AD/LDAP group for Volicon authorization purposes.
