Video is not showing in Observer Pro, but can be seen in Observer Monitoring

Video for a set of channels on the same Volicon Probe is not playing in the Observer Pro instance, but can be viewed in Observer Monitoring. It will be necessary to check if the Observer Policy service is running on the Probe. 


It may be necessary to stop and start the following Services to restore the playback:

- Observer Policy

- Observer Streamer

- Observer Encoder

Please note that stopping and starting the Observer Encoder service will interrupt the video recording for all channels on the probe until the encoder for each channel restarts.
