Performing these steps can help resolve some issues.

  • Install both the 32-bit and 64-bit Active X Player
    This step requires an Administrator of your computer to perform the installation.  Please have an Administrator contact support for the Active X Player(s).

  • Add the web interface to the Compatibility View Settings and put a check mark in Use Microsoft compatibility lists.
    Browse to your web interface in IE, click on the Gear icon and then Compatibility View Settings. The address to your server may vary depending on your setup.

  • Add the web interface to your Trusted Sites.  
    Browse to your web interface in IE, click on the Gear icon, Internet Options, Security tab, Trusted sites, Sites button and then Add.  The address to your server may vary depending on your setup.



  • Clear your web browser's cache/history.
